Bill-posting is quite possibly one of the most underutilized and underrated forms of street art, and I don't understand why.
You can take the time to produce an amazingly detailed work of art in a safe environment and publish it in less than a few seconds, as opposed to bombing something with a high probability of getting caught since it could take an hour or two to produce good work.
