Marathon *whew*

No....worry not my duckies...I have not started exercising...haha.
By marathon I refer to a Law & Order Criminal Intent Marathon--started on New Years Eve with the latest season working it's way back to season 2 (we haven't made it to season 1 yet...).
I have watched so much now that I have developed a bit of the Goren Lean.

I still can't believe Vincent D'Onofrio is going to leave the show. I know that Jeff Goldblum is coming on to take his place--but without "Bobby" there it will be a totally different show. What a wonderful gift he has given us as an actor for the past 8 years. I'm glad to watch the old episodes again and remember some of the really good acting that has been on; as Chris Noth came over from the original show, partners changed, and captains shifted, it's been a fantastic ensemble cast and had superb cameos and stars. Looking forward to seeing what's next.

Billy Returns With Beauty & Light

I can finally say that I truly see Billy Corgan's full genius again. Listen here to his latest masterpieces. Song For A Son is not only a triumphant return to his psychedelic and raw roots, it is like the beautiful sound of an electric can opener turning and letting out the beautiful vocals that Billy has been keeping trapped behind mixers and amps...I am getting a bit weepy now--so I must go and listen to this and wait on baited breath for each new days beautiful musical child.

I am over this online fakery.
If people can't see me in the real-ass world, or pick up a phone-they're not my friends and they can kiss my ass.
This does not apply to the sisterhood of blogging fools (we know who we are)...and we're all bad callers...myself included...
I'm talking about people I haven't heard from in 15 years suddenly sending me e-gifts "friending" me and saying how we should "totally go out for drinks."
Totally go out and drink a screw yourself.
I'm a human being who you forgot existed until yesterday when you remembered I was alive.
